Customers can return or exchange their order within 7 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges are applicable only for size changes.

Reverse Pickup and Exchange:

ONISH relies on trusted delivery partners to facilitate reverse pickups and exchanges.

The reverse pickup will be arranged, and the new product will be delivered promptly at no additional cost to the customer.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned product and complete an internal quality check, the refund will be processed in the form of store credits or to the original payment method.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued as store credits.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Combo Pack Returns:

If you need to return or exchange a product from a combo pack, the entire pack must be returned.

Partial returns of combo packs are not accepted.

Non-Refundable Items:

Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.

Additional charges like gift wrapping, COD charges, or extra shipping charges will not be refunded.

If an order is canceled before it has been shipped, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method without any deductions.
