Return/Exchange Policy

At ONISH, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. Below are the details of our return and exchange policy:

  1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

    • Customers can return or exchange their order within 7 days of the delivery date.

    • Exchanges are applicable only for size changes.

    • ONISH relies on trusted delivery partners to facilitate reverse pickups and exchanges.

    • The reverse pickup will be arranged, and the new product will be delivered promptly at no additional cost to the customer.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned product and complete an internal quality check, the refund will be processed in the form of store credits or to the original payment method.

    • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued as store credits.

    • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

  5. Combo Pack Returns:

    • If you need to return or exchange a product from a combo pack, the entire pack must be returned.

    • Partial returns of combo packs are not accepted.

  6. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.

    • Additional charges like gift wrapping, COD charges, or extra shipping charges will not be refunded.

    • Replacements will not be gift-wrapped.

Cancellation Policy

  1. If an order is canceled before it has been shipped, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method without any deductions.
